Brandon and Kay lead Blue Pine Works as both operators and builders of systems. Brandon brings deep field experience, arboricultural knowledge, mechanical understanding, and a strong instinct for training, assessment, and professional development. His leadership is rooted in the field: seeing the tree, the site, the crew, the client, and the long-term consequences of each decision. Kay brings structure, communication, care, and organizational intelligence to the company. Her leadership helps turn the vision into something teachable, repeatable, and sustainable. She strengthens the company’s ability to document, communicate, educate, support employees, and build systems that can hold the weight of growth. Together, Brandon and Kay are building BPW as a company that does excellent tree work, but also aims to raise the standard around how tree care is explained, sold, performed, trained, documented, and understood. The long-term vision is not to be the biggest tree company in the region. It is to become a trusted arboricultural authority: a company that models professional standards, develops people, supports aligned partners, improves client decision-making, and uses tree care as a pathway toward healthier landscapes, stronger crews, and more resilient communities.
