About Davis Tree Care & Landscaping

With over 60 years of arboricultural experience in the Western Suburbs and greater Chicagoland, Davis Tree Care has become the Midwest’s most innovative and forward thinking resource management and arboricultural enterprise. Davis Tree Care has restructured and reorganized with new, larger capacity equipment, a superior workforce, increased Plant health Care capabilities, and increased abilities for commercial and municipal urban forest management. But as always, we stand ready to serve households and single-family residents with the same attention and care we have shown since going into business in 1955. Few tree specialists know the trees of the Near West Chicago Suburbs as well as we do. That’s why so many residents and businesses—including many parks, municipalities, schools, universities, and commercial properties—call on Davis for tree service. Healthy, beautiful trees not only enhance the look of your property, but its value as well.

1. Who we are

TreeProfessionals.com operates from Malta. For privacy questions or requests, email support@treeprofessionals.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you submit through request, quote, professional-listing, and contact forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, street address, ZIP code, company information, details about the work requested, and project photos you choose to upload. We also receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and basic server logs.

The test-mode request form stores submissions and optional project details and photos privately for testing. Test requests are not forwarded to contractors.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, route quote enquiries to relevant tree-care professionals, manage directory submissions, understand site usage, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve our content and services.

4. Legal bases

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process information to perform requested services, based on your consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. When information is disclosed

Quote details may be shared with tree-care professionals so they can respond to your request. Service providers may process information for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, maps, security, and site operations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Services used by the site

  • Google Analytics: measures visits and site usage. Google may receive device, browser, page, and approximate-location data.
  • Google Maps: displays maps and locations. Google may receive device, IP, and map-interaction data.
  • Replit: provides hosting and application infrastructure and may process technical requests and server logs.
  • Browser storage: the helpfulness widget may store your choice locally in your browser; lead-confirmation reporting uses temporary session storage. The test request form uses session storage for a private resume key, not contact details.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner or your local supervisory authority. Email requests to support@treeprofessionals.com; we may need to verify your identity.

9. International transfers, children, and changes

Providers may process data outside Malta or the EEA using legally recognized safeguards where required. The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date.

Service-provider disclosures are different
