About Northern Boston Tree Service Inc.

Northern Boston Tree Service® Inc. is a TCIA Accredited arboriculture company based in Arlington, Massachusetts, specializing in the preservation and long-term management of trees. We believe every pruning recommendation should be guided by clearly defined management objectives and a careful evaluation of the individual tree before work begins. Using modern rope-climbing systems, our arborists closely examine branches and attachments from within the canopy and carry out selective pruning in areas that are otherwise difficult to access. We help clients make informed management decisions that address structural concerns, reduce the likelihood of branch failure, and preserve the characteristic form and long-term value of their trees. Our work is informed by current arboricultural research, nationally recognized standards and best management practices, and a commitment to the responsible stewardship of the urban forest.

1. Who we are

TreeProfessionals.com operates from Malta. For privacy questions or requests, email support@treeprofessionals.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you submit through request, quote, professional-listing, and contact forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, street address, ZIP code, company information, details about the work requested, and project photos you choose to upload. We also receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and basic server logs.

The test-mode request form stores submissions and optional project details and photos privately for testing. Test requests are not forwarded to contractors.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, route quote enquiries to relevant tree-care professionals, manage directory submissions, understand site usage, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve our content and services.

4. Legal bases

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process information to perform requested services, based on your consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. When information is disclosed

Quote details may be shared with tree-care professionals so they can respond to your request. Service providers may process information for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, maps, security, and site operations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Services used by the site

  • Google Analytics: measures visits and site usage. Google may receive device, browser, page, and approximate-location data.
  • Google Maps: displays maps and locations. Google may receive device, IP, and map-interaction data.
  • Replit: provides hosting and application infrastructure and may process technical requests and server logs.
  • Browser storage: the helpfulness widget may store your choice locally in your browser; lead-confirmation reporting uses temporary session storage. The test request form uses session storage for a private resume key, not contact details.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
